Zero-Tolerance Policy

Welcome to FabMeet. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you and FabMeet governing your use of the FabMeet mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FabMeet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and all applicable laws and regulations.

IMPORTANT: This EULA contains a Zero-Tolerance Policy. Violation of any provision in the Zero-Tolerance Policy section will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without warning, notice, or opportunity for appeal.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

FabMeet maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for the following prohibited behaviors. Any violation of these policies will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

1. No Nudity

Prohibited: Any form of nudity, sexually explicit content, adult material, pornographic content, or sexually suggestive imagery is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Nude or partially nude photographs or videos
  • Sexually explicit or graphic content
  • Content depicting sexual acts or sexualized poses
  • Any material that would be considered adult or pornographic in nature

Consequence: Immediate and permanent ban from the platform.

2. No Hate Speech

Prohibited: Zero tolerance for hate speech, discriminatory language, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or xenophobic content
  • Discriminatory language targeting religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or age
  • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group
  • Slurs, derogatory terms, or offensive language targeting protected groups

Consequence: Immediate and permanent ban from the platform.

3. No Harassment

Prohibited: Strict prohibition of harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, or any form of unwanted contact. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeated unwanted messages or contact after being asked to stop
  • Bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior
  • Stalking or following users across the platform
  • Creating fake accounts to harass or contact users who have blocked you
  • Sharing private information without consent (doxxing)
  • Any behavior intended to cause distress, fear, or harm to other users

Consequence: Immediate and permanent ban from the platform.

4. No Abusive Behavior

Prohibited: Zero tolerance for abusive, threatening, harmful, or violent behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Threats of violence, harm, or death
  • Verbal abuse, insults, or demeaning language
  • Encouraging self-harm or suicide
  • Promoting or glorifying violence
  • Extortion, blackmail, or coercion
  • Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment

Consequence: Immediate and permanent ban from the platform.

Immediate Ban Policy

Any violation of the Zero-Tolerance Policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning, notice, or opportunity for appeal. This includes:

  • No warnings or second chances
  • No appeals process
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts
  • Immediate removal of all content
  • Possible legal action for severe violations

Enforcement

FabMeet actively monitors the platform for violations of this Zero-Tolerance Policy through automated systems, user reports, and manual review. We reserve the right to:

Users are encouraged to report violations immediately through the in-app reporting system. All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.

By using FabMeet, you acknowledge and agree that:

By continuing to use FabMeet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and its Zero-Tolerance Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using FabMeet and delete your account.
